European Business Summit: Where Policy and Business Shape Europe’s Future
In today's rapidly changing world, meaningful progress depends on dialogue. The European Business Summit (EBS) exists to create that space bringing together political leaders, businesses, and stakeholders to address Europe's most pressing challenges.
At its core, EBS is built on the belief that policy and business must move forward together. It provides a platform where decision-makers from European institutions and the private sector can engage in open, constructive debate, not just to exchange ideas, but to turn discussion into concrete outcomes that shape Europe's economic and regulatory future.
What sets EBS apart is its dual mission.
-
For businesses, it offers a direct line to policymakers and a seat at the table on issues that matter.
-
For European institutions, it provides a high-level stage to present their policy agendas, test ideas, and advance new legislation through dialogue with a broad range of actors.
Travelling to EBS with a lighter footprint
BookBetter is proud to partner with EBS to help reduce the impact of this year's event. We encourage all participants to travel by train where possible, but when flying is unavoidable, to BookBetter by choosing the least-polluting option available.
Around 80–90% of an event's total climate footprint comes from participants and speaker travel. BookBetter helps minimise this by optimising flight selection for lower emissions, incorporating 100% additional Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), and recommending smarter departure times to reduce warming contrail formation.
The European Business Summit will take place on 17–20 November 2026.
